Antony Hermus, guest conductor and close friend of the Residentie Orkest, returns to The Hague for a spectacular program that explores the boundaries of the symphonic repertoire. The concert begins with Short ride in a fast machine by John Adams, followed by the brand new Piano Concerto No. 3 by Willem Jeths, written for the Residentie Orkest and pianist Ellen Corver. The concert culminates in Stravinsky's revolutionary masterpiece, Le Sacre du printemps.
