Metamorphosis, A Virtual Opera is a unique adaptation of Kafka’s classic novella about current themes such as the search for identity, social isolation, and the struggle for acceptance. The four saxophonists of the Portuguese Maat Saxophone Quartet appear as dramatic characters on stage, with the music forming a dialogue with their alter egos in an animated film.
